M1151, Humvee Enhanced Armament Carrier – Academy 13415

Durable, versatile, and designed with superior off-road capability, the Humvee entered service in 1985. Many variants have been produced throughout the years, and it has served many roles, including troop transport, armament carrier, and even as a rescue/ambulance vehicle. The M1151 is unique for its upgraded armor and strongly reinforced doors and floor. This was an effort to protect the crew and contents from mines and IRDs. It has been used in the most recent operations in Iraq and Afghanistan. When fully assembled, this 1/35 scale model measures 15.2cm long and 9.5cm high.
