Description
German Tiger-I, Version Late – Academy 13314
In August of 1942, production of the first Tiger began, and by 1944, over 1300 tanks were manufactured. At the time, the Tigers 88mm gun was arguably the most robust and most effective anti-tank gun in use. Tigerphobia was very real, given the strength and formidability of these impressive tanks, and it is said that Russians would flee when they caught sight of a Tiger approaching. This kit faithfully recreates the German Tiger-I, Late Version in 1/35 scale with four finishing options. The fully assembled model is 24cm long and 8.5cm tall.
