USAAF B-29A, Old Battler – Academy 12517

The B-29 Superfortress is a heavy bomber of the USAAC intended for high-altitude strategic bombing. This bomber took its first flight in 1942 and, at the time of its development, was the most technologically advanced plane ever built. The B-29A is known for dropping the first atomic bomb, as well as confronting the Japanese during the latter half of WWII. This kit comprises over 160 transparent and plastic parts ready for a faithful recreation of USAAF B-29A with five finishing markings in 1/72 scale. The fully assembled 1/72 scale model is 42.1cm long and 11.7cm tall.
